Fundraising

All participants in the Ride are required to raise $750 in order to take part on the day. An online fundraising page will be set up for you as part of the registration process. All donations of $2.00 and over made to your campaign through this page are tax deductible and will be made directly to the Foundation. A receipt will be issued from the Foundation to each donor. 100% of donations from this event will be directed towards sarcoma research.

However, feel free to raise as much as you can!!! Our top fundraiser by the end of the day on 27th October 2018 will win a special prize so post your pictures on Instagram #ride&strideforsarcoma18 #sockittosarcoma #SitS or share your videos on Facebook to encourage your friends to donate.

You will be provided with a personal log-in to your page and where you will be able to upload your profile photo, add a reason for taking part and thank donors for their support. It will provide you with a link to send out to your friends and family to encourage them to donate to you and the page will keep track of donation made to you.

Participants in the Stride have the option to fundraise for the Foundation. This option will be provided as part of the fundraising process. If you taking part as a member of a Corporate Team, your Team Captain will be responsible for the team page, but you will have your own individual page linked to the team page.
