The Stride

What is a team?

A team is a group of people who wish to stride and/or fundraise together under a single team name, perhaps to remember or celebrate a special individual.

What is a Corporate team?

A corporate team is two or more individuals who are taking part as representatives of a company or organisation. The company or organisation is responsible for payment of the team’s registration fees (which is $50 x the number of members in the team). If you’re interested in creating a corporate team, please contact info@rideandstrideforsarcoma.org.au to start the application process.

Team Captain

One team member is nominated as team captain and is responsible for setting up a team page and for managing that page. The team name can be the name of the company or organisation or a personalised name approved by that company or organisation.

Team Members

Each team member must register as an individual. Each team member will be provided with a team code by the team captain to use during the registration process which will cover the registration fee.

If you are someone who has family members 12 years and under, please register under the Individual or Individual with family members 12 years and under category.
